In a recent sonography test of abdomen and pelvis for my wife aged 56, the report shows well defined heterogenous lesion of 4.1 X 3.3 cm arising from posterior wall with no obvious internal vascularity.The consulting doctor has now directed her to a urologist. What does or could the above observation mean?
