Saturday, I Experienced Lower Abdominal Cramping And Spasms. I Had

Saturday, I experienced lower abdominal cramping and spasms. I had a hysterectomy in 2002 so I know it wasn't that. There was tightness in the area as well. Lasted all day and evening, when I woke Sunday morning, I was sore and still had some tightness but the cramping and spasms were gone. I did have a bowel movement Friday morning, rather loose but no problems with that. Praying for no return of the conditions but wondering what could have caused it.
