Saturday I Woke Up After Sleeping Great. Went To Bathroom

Saturday I woke up after sleeping great. Went to bathroom sink to brush teeth and I leaned forward just a few inches to get toothpaste and an immediate electrical type pain hit my lower back . Feels like pain is where spine connects to pelvis. Pain meds have not helped. At one point yeaterday i put my left foot down while walking and almost fell down due to pain in lower back
