Saturday & Today About Mid Afternoon I Just Got A

Saturday & today about mid afternoon I just got a strange, almost "drugged" feeling. Kinda dizzy and dream like, my co-worker today said my pupils got huge. sat for about an hour or more with some water and after about 2 hours now, I'm feeling almost back to normal. any ideas?
