Saw My Menses On The 4/11/2016, Have A 28cycle, I

Saw my menses on the 4/11/2016, have a 28cycle, I had my hsg test done last month 11/11/2016 and it said I had my left fallopian tube water filled. My menses came yesterday the 30/11/2016 instead of the 2/12/2016. Am worried bcuz it's lighter and bright, what can it mean, please need some clarification.
