Scan result shows USS shows a normal uterus with AP diameter of 4.6cm. The echo pattern is largely homogeneous. The myometrium is expanded by solid tissue masses with mixed echo texture and AP diameter of 1.1cm intramural in the anterior fundal wall and 1.0cm intramural in the lower posterior wall. The Endometrial thickness is normal. Both ovaries appear normal in sizes and structure. Adnexae bilaterally free. Pouch of douglas is normal. No free pelvic collection. No cyst.
