Scared To Take A Nyquil.. Took One Monday Night And

Scared to take a nyquil.. took one Monday night and was up all night. I have a fever and cough but took Tylenol PM Tuesday night and was also up all night. I still think I need the NyQuil to help with my headaches and congestion. If I take it tonight will i still not be able to sleep??
