Schizophrenia Runs In My Family. I Have Very High Levels

Schizophrenia runs in my family. I have very high levels of dopamine which make me belive I could be at risk. I am fine most if the time but when I have excessive amounts of caffeine and get very paranoid about things. I stopped using caffeine and everything seems to be fine now but should I go see a doctor about this just it case?
