Seems Strange But I Was Standing In My Bedromm And

Seems strange but i was standing in my bedromm and feltlike someone pushed me hard and i fell- this is thesecond time this hashappened in the last year- i dont believe i blacked out andthenfell- it was as i was being pushed. Could this bea formofvertigo?
