Several Days Ago I Took 3 Capsules Of Magnesuim And

Several days ago I took 3 capsules of Magnesuim and Calcium (first time taking this brand of pill).
They did not go down easy and the next day I started experiencing discomfort, feeling like something is stuck in my esophagus and stomach discomfort. Can this we related to the pills even though it was 5 days ago.
Even after just chicken and some water it is uncomfortable .
