Several Days Ago, I Was Cleaning An Area In My

Several days ago, I was cleaning an area in my pasture along the fence line. There were bushes their that had thorns on them. One of the branches I cut down caught me in the upper right arm. There was a small puncture wound which was not a big deal. Now it appears that my skin is bubbling up around the puncture mark. The entire area is about the size of a quarter maybe a little larger. I put antibiotic cream on it which seems to help but it appears there is a problem around the area of the puncture. It doesn't hurt but does get itchy when the cream wears off. Any suggestion?
