Severe exhaustion ... Ferritin level of 11 three months ago. I attributed my fatigue to this, started iron pills and now my ferritin level is 22. I'm still extremely exhausted. Feel foggy in my head with a dense headache all day. I have a stiff and sore neck now too. I'm also being sent to a specialist for suspected marfans syndrome. My doctor doesn't seem to think it's iron, but I do . I also feel like I need to gasp for air sometimes. Adrenal tests were all normal. I'm so very exhausted I just want to cry all day. I have 3 young children whom I need to look after! I'm thinking of finding a naturopath.
