Severe Headaches,vomiting And Dizziness.Cause?

hi, i have been having severe headaches,vomiting and feeling dizzy and also feeling exhausted. i had a ECG on my head which came back with some abnormalities, i have not yet seen my dr about this, but i was sent for a CT scan yesterday could it be something serious? if the ecg showed abnormalities?
