Severe Right Hip Pain Aches Deep Into Bone Radiating Down

Severe right hip pain aches deep into bone radiating down same leg. Wakes me up after one or two hours of sleep. Take Motrin prophylacticlly before bed. No help. Wake to find right leg with severest ache one could imagine with a hotness from hip joint all the way down the leg the combination of intense heat and severe ace together are ..well excruciating!
