Sex Is Painful For Me, It Feels Like Pushing A

Sex is painful for me, it feels like pushing a penis through a wound. I have attempted for a long time, no it's not emotional restrain or lack of lubrication i am guessing it is a condition. Is there a way to numb the bagina during intercourse at least to when I feel less tight or muscle relaxers?
