Sharp Pain In Left Armpit Breast Area Followed By Numbing

Sharp pain in left armpit breast area followed by numbing and tingling in left arm and hand. Female not obese no heart issues in self or family. Pain lasted about 3-4 minutes. Feel dizzy and shaky/weak now but pain is gone. Some slight tingling in fingers still
