Should 26yo Healthy Male Post Op 3 Mos From Gallbladder

Should 26yo healthy male post op 3 mos from gallbladder removed due to 1.5" gallstone after only 2 episodes stomach pain get a flu shot? Follow up LFT remain somewhat elevated Alt 99/Ast 54 after 6-8 weeks w/o alcohol in minimal drinker history. Thanks. Thinking it would be better to get flu shot than sick with flu which probably wouldn't be great for liver
