Should Bigoment SR Intake Be Continued Despite Its Side Effects?

i am 37 years old and i have suffering from irregular periods for the last six months. last month, my doctor gave me Divery tablets and i got my periods and now she prescribed me Bigoment SR 500 mg to regularize my periods, but i am having side affects from it like nausea, vomiting, abdominal pains etc. is it safe for me to continue wiht it.
