Should Clomiphene Citrate Be Taken On The Third Day Of The Cycle?

I have been trying to get pregnant and I did see my OBGYN. I was prescribed 50 mg Clomiphene Citrate. I started taking the pills on the thrid day of my cycle. I completed the 5 days as instructed. Today is day 15 from the 1st day of my cycle and I have started bleeding again. Question: Do I start taking Clomiphene again on the 3rd day of this cycle? I did receive a refillable prescrition,but I'm confused of when I should take the pills. My Dr's office is closed until Monday and I don't want to miss my "3rd" day if i need to start over again. Please advise.
