Should Ectosone Cream Be Washed Off The Face Due To Side Effects?

hi. i am beginning to get red spots on my face just under my eyes and had some in my eye brows for a while and it flakes up. i have its eczema and i have a cream for it. well its for my knee because thats where the eczema started and im using ratio-ectosone cream percribed by a doctor but never told me to put it on my face. well i did it anyways and i looked online for side effects and they were pretty bad if i use it on my face or near my eyes, should i wash my face out or wait till tomorrow and find out if im ok and continue the use to discontinue the use of the cream on my face.
