Should Glycopyrrol Be Restarted At Lower Dosage If Discontinued At Higher Dosage?

Good Afternoon, i was taking glycopyrrol for 2 months and worked great. i started taking two tablets twice daily for two weeks,then increase by one table every week until max dose of f tablets in the am and 4 in the pm. I got the flu and stopped taking it for a week because i didn t want to get dehydrated. problem is i started back up a week ago and it no longer works. Should i start with the low dosage again?? Thank you!!
