Should I Adjust My Thyronorm Dosage While Having Low T3?

hi, i was taking Thyronorm 50mg.I am MOther of two kids,33 age. I am not on any other medications ,i do walking 1 hour/day. I did my Thyroid profile. Values like T3=0.84(less than the range mentioned) T4=7.77(within the range) TSH=3.79(normal) Now only T3 is less, so should i increase or decrease or continue the same dosage of Thyronorm 50. Thanks.
