Should I Be Concerned About A Heart Issue While Having Heart Palpitations, Chest Heaviness, And Shortness Of Breath?

I did not sleep for 2 days because of my exams and suddenly the second night i started feeling heart palpitations, with feeling heavy in chest and feeling that am unable to breathe even tho everything was ok. It’s been going on for like 2 days and i am scared if i have any heart issue. Am 20 year old healthy male with no problems. My family has a history of high bp that is about it. My resting heart rate stays between 60-80 but if i stand or do anything it’ll go up. It was not like that before all this. I was very healthy and my normal rhr was 70-72 and will go slightly up when active. I don’t know what is happening.
