Should I Be Concerned About A Painless, Burning Lump Near My Anus When Washing After A Bowel Movement?

Hello dr sir since one month when I go toilet I can feel something and I can touch also when I wash anus after toilet. I am not having bleeding even no pain also only I feel burn so what is it really a pilles? I am feeling scared for further what will happen. Please give suggestions thank you.
