Should I Be Concerned About A Positive Pregnancy Test When My Period Started Three Days Later?

Hi,doc I need your help I did pt which test postive but 3days later I saw my period which come for 2 and half days.when I went to do scan they did see any pregnant but the scan say I have follicular cyst and I have a sharp cramps late today am worry and am trying to get pregnant
