Should I Be Concerned About A Purple Bruise-like Mark At The Base Of My Penis After Trying To Prevent Ejaculation?

Hi this is really embarrassing but I need to know how serious this is. I was masturbating and tried to prevent ejaculation by squeezing the base of my penis, within a minute I noticed the base pf my penis has turned purple and formed what seems like a bruise. Should I be concerned and what should I do?
