Should I Be Concerned About A Small Lump Near My Right Labia And Bikini Line?

Hi doc, I think im just paranoid but when I clean my private parts when im sitting in toilet, I feel a very small lump in my right labia or the area outside my private parts and almost near my bikini line and rectum. I had my OB check it and did PAPS and TVS but so far no issues found. My doc said that it should not be a concern since no findings and it doesn’t hurt anyway. But sometimes I feel like it’s growing and cant help but overthink again.
