Should I Be Concerned About A Sore Throat, Swollen Neck Glands, And A Knot Above My Eyebrow After Travel, Given My 8-year History Of CLL?

I went on a cruise to Cozumel and Costa Maya last week. I have had a sore throat and swollen lymph glands in my neck all this s week. I woke up with a knot above my right eyebrow this morning. I’ve had CLL for 8 years. Should I be concerned about this?
