Should I Be Concerned About An Ovarian Cyst When My Vitamin D And B12 Are Low And Periods Are Still Delayed By 4-8 Days?

A. O. A doctor my prolactin is raised and Iam taking dostinex from last 3 month now my prolactin become in rang and my vitiman d and vit B12 are below the rang. Almost 5 months before cyst was also found in my left ovary and I was taking tab dian 35 and remona packs. A MY cyst removed. From last 2 month may periods still delay 4 and 8 days almost. Please answer me Iam so much confused. Against cyst is develop or some other reason is there and I also feel pain in my left side of abdomen and flow of period is also less. My doctor suggested me to take evaluation induction please help me
