Should I Be Concerned About Elevated Liver Enzymes And LD Levels While With A History Of JDM, Type 1 Diabetes, And Celiac?

My daughter is 18. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 11. Diagnosed with celiac and juvenile Dermatomyositis at 14. Labs in past have been normal. Recent labs included a few standout numbers. AST 50 ALT 58 Alkaline Phosphate 150 LD Quest 199 Still waiting for rheumatologist to review results Thoughts? When she was first diagnosed with JDM she had extreme muscle fatigue. Treated with high steroids. Had other high test results like CpK, etc. Taking Plaquenil still. No symptoms at this point.
