Should I Be Concerned About Hair Loss After Typhoid And Family History Of Baldness?

Dear sir I was recently diagnosed with typhoid and it ended in 3 weeks, all is good now but my hairfall has been at its peak im 23 year old male, and also have a family history of baldness so im worried if my hairfalls and doesn’t grow back, thats why im considering to shave my head. Please suggest
