Should I Be Concerned About Heart Issues While On Ascard And Folic Acid For Pregnancy Planning After Losing A Baby Last C-section?

hi i have been prescribed to take ascard 75 daily. as I am planning a baby. in my first c-section 4 months before I lost my baby and now i went to the doctor for consultation regarding planning a next baby.. my doctor said to plan a baby and prescribed me a ascard 75 daily with ad folic acid.. i am worried that am i having any heart related issue? that doctor have prescribed me such medicine i am so tense
