Should I Be Concerned About High IgG, Low IgA, And Low Alkaline Phosphatase Despite Negative Autoimmune Tests And No Organ Damage?

I have high igg-1907, low iga-14, and low alkaline phos-38. I’ve been evaluated by rheumatologist - negative immune disease. Just referred to immunologist. I’m 55 perimenopausal just had Covid in January. Every doctor says they don’t think it’s serious as my bloodwork shows no organ damage and could just be temporary. Help
