Should I Be Concerned About High Urobilinogen Despite Normal Tests And An Enlarged Prostate?

I had a cystoscopy done cause I had blood in my urine everything is good but she said my prostate was enlarge but that s ok she said.. I when to see my doctor to check for and infection everything was normal but my urobilinogen was high at 3.5 , bilirubin was negative but she never said anything about urobilinogen being high
