Should I Be Concerned About Leukemia With Noticeable Metamyelocyte Count On My CBC And A History Of Disseminated MAC?

Mymetamyelocyte came in on my CBC Bloodwork at 232 last week. I am a little freaked out to say the least. I suffer from a disease called Disseminated Mac for going on 15 years, as I have a weakened immune system as well. It has not shown up since last July when it was 250. My ID doctor does not pay any attention to my blood work, nor to my disease. He is also making it very difficult for me to move on to get the help I need. Should be a law against it and there probably is. Back to the point. What is up with this 232 score? Do I have leukemia or do you think it has something to do with the Mac? Not many people know anything about the disease because it’s a one and 1 trillion disease. But I will tell you I just went Septic A few months ago and I’m also suffering from septic arthritis. In the last 40 years there have only been 33 cases reported from my disease so apparently I am the 34th. That’s how rare this is. I need help and I wish someone really wanted to learn more about this disease because I know every dirty Secret about it. My doctor does not want to seem to work that hard. I do have a cigarette on occasion and when I do, I feel it! My feet swell up, everything hurts and I really have a bad feeling I have blood cancer. What are your thoughts. I definitely have an inflammatory issue Going on. A lot to absorb. Worse yet, a lot to live with for 15 years!
