Should I Be Concerned About Low-lying Placenta And Weird Dreams At 16 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I am 16 week pregnant. All my reports are excellent except I have low lying placenta which is not exactly placed above the vagina . On doctor s advice I didn t continue intercourse, masturbate either. But lately I have started getting weird dreams. What should I do.
