Should I Be Concerned About Missed Period And A Light Brown Discharge After Taking Duphaston, Especially With A Negative Pregnancy Test?

Hello. I missed my period this month and on the 8th day I visited my doctor, he prescribe duphaston 10 once daily for 7days.... The second day I completed my medication I had a very light brown discharge though just little.I did a pregnancy test it came negative. Should I be concern,I am still yet to get my period.
