hi, 18F. Presented with chest pain and shortness of breath. Should I be worried about my ekg? P/PR- 100/122ms QRS- 92ms Qt/QTC- 324/440 ms P/QRS/T Axis- 57/59/10 deg Machine notes= Sinus tachycardia, minor inferior repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia, LV overload or specific change.
