Should I Be Concerned About My Elevated Liver Enzymes After A C-section?

I had a C-section the 27th of November 2020. I just had my yearly physical last month and got told my liver enzymes are high, AST is 98 and ALT is 260. I got tested a week later and 98 went to 97 and ALT stayed the same. They ordered an ultrasound but I am very nervous and scared. Does anyone have anything for me? I only take probiotics and prenatal as I am breastfeeding my baby (she is 5 months old). Anything will help! Thx (also I have never had a problem with anything before, until now.)
