Should I Be Concerned About New, Light Brown Spots On My Buttocks?

hi i developed a couple very light brown spots on my butt the largest one has a pimple in it but I have had those before this occured it is smooth in texture and doest hurt or itch it also is slightly lower than the rest of my skin but just a little could this be something to watch out for?
