Should I Be Concerned About New Red Bleeding And Cramping After Menopause Despite Small Fibroids?

I am 59, went through menopause at 52, I have had sporadic spotting over the past year and 1/2. I have had internal sonograms and endometrial biopsies twice, all negative except I do have 2 small fibroids that are in the wall of my uterus and small calcifications on ovaries that they are watching. Recently my spotting has turned to red blood, not heavy and some slight cramping. I am concerned.
