Should I Be Concerned About Occasional Blood In My Semen?

Hi, i saw a bit of blood in my semen yesterday and it disappeared when i later urinated throughout the day . Today after sex i noticed a bit of blood again . I have done done a test and my white blood cell seem to be okay but i’m worried . pls can you advice
