Should I Be Concerned About Ongoing Spotting After Taking Postinor-2?

I finished seeing my period on the 1 of march then took the postinor 2 on the 3 of march then my period surfaced again on the 8 of march which stopped on the 11 of march which afterwards spotting of blood has follows suit up till now should I be worried about it
