Should I Be Concerned About Severe Pain, Difficulty Walking, And Passing A Large, White Mucous-like Clot During My Period?

I have been on my period for 3 days, I usually do have a lot of pain during my period however this time it has been so much worse, It hurts to walk and I can t even walk right up i have to bend in order to walk so it s not so painful. Last night I got a sharp excruciating pain that lasted probably about 5 minutes, I then went to the bathroom and I saw a clot the size of a quarter at least, it was really big, and the clot itself was white and almost mucous/tissue looking but of course covered in blood. That has never happened before and considering the pain I have been experiencing I just want to see if this is something I should maybe be concerned about or not, im not sure what to think about it
