Should I Be Concerned About Severe Pelvic Pain And Trouble Conceiving If My Ovulation-day Scan Shows A Thickened Endometrium And POD Fluid?

hello Dr, went for an ultrasound scan for Pelvis today which is my expected ovulation day. report reads 16mm thickened endometrium, 10mm depth of POD free fluid. No masses or systic lesions. Urinary bladder is fully distended and appear to have a smooth mucosal lining. Urine is clear. Should I be concerned because I have been having severe period pain and pelvic pain during my normal days and also failing to conceive
