Should I Be Concerned About Taking Vegifem 10 Micro Given The Alarming Side Effects Listed After A Full Hysterectomy?

I have been prescribed vegifem 10 micro. Reading through the leaflet re the the likely side effects is rather alarming. However I am 89 not taking any medication, am fairly fit, walk every day and had a full hysterectomy in 2012. ShoulD Inbe concerned re taking this treatment. Thank you
