Should I Be Concerned About The Foreskin Not Cover Completely Unless Done Manually To Close Onto The Penis Head?

21M. Height: 190cm. Weight: 72kg. Race: Caucasian. Primary Complaint: Foreskin not completely covering the tip of the penis. Duration: 3 hours. No existing medical issues. No current medications. Occasionally drink and smoke. Currently in Montreal, Canada. So today during sexual activity my foreskin went back further than usual. To treat this, ice, cold showers, lubricants, and manual handling was performed. The foreskin has gone back closer to its original position. However, it still does not completely cover the tip. The foreskin can be pulled to completely cover the tip. What should be done?
