Should I Be Concerned About The Hard Lumps In My Belly And Back That Have Been Growing For Over Eight Years?

I m a 32 year old white male, heavy set 250 pounds 6 foot tall. I have golf ball sized to peanut size balls or hard lumps in my belly in my fat around my belly button and in the same general area but on my back. Maybe 5 or six on each side. I m getting worried about them I have had them for 8+ Years and they seem to get bigger over time.
