Should I Be Concerned For Headache, Tiredness And Pain In Arm?

I am a 32 year old female i weigh 132 with no past health issues and my blood pressure is 126/92. The last couple of days i have been very tired, having really bad headaches, i have been light headed and i also been having pain in my right arm in between my shoulder and elbow. Is this something i should be concern about
