Should I Be Concerned For The Scarring On The Chest?

I was walking to the bathroom at night and scraped against a corner of the wardrobe. This cut a mole on my chest. Not painful, but there was a lot of blood. I can stop the bleeding and put a band-aid on it. Do I need to go to the hospital immediately?
